Adhesive Accessories of America’s A05X24L is a high quality, low cost substitute to the Medmix/Sulzer MAQ 05-24L static mix nozzle. This static mixer has a bayonet (A-series) connector that attaches to A-series cartridges with a simple twist. With 24 mix element sections, it provides a complete and consistent mix with minimal waste.
Compatible with 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 mix ratios, it works with epoxies, silicones, methacrylates, urethanes, acrylics, and other 2-component (2k) materials. The luer slip outlet allows needle tips to be added for smaller, more accurate beads. At 115mm (4.53") in length, it reduces waste compared to helical mixers. If fewer mix elements are needed, consider A05X16L.
