Adhesive Accessories of America’s B05X24L is a high quality, low cost substitute to the Medmix/Sulzer MBQ 05-24L static mix nozzle. This static mixer has a B-series, or grey cap connector that attaches to B-series cartridges with a simple twist. With 24 mix element sections, it provides a thorough mix with minimal waste.
This static mix tip is compatible with 1:1 and 2:1 mix ratios and a variety of materials: epoxies, silicones, methacrylates, urethanes, acrylics, and other 2-component (2k) systems. The luer slip outlet supports needle tips for finer bead control. At 122mm (4.8"), it reduces waste compared to helical mixers. If fewer elements are needed, consider B05X16L.
