Adhesive Accessories of America’s B05X16L is a high quality, low cost substitute to the Medmix/Sulzer MBQ 05-16L static mix nozzle. This static mixer has a B-series, or grey cap connector that attaches to B-series cartridges with a simple twist. With 16 mix element sections, it provides a complete mix with minimal waste.
This static mix tip supports 1:1 and 2:1 mix ratios and is compatible with a wide range of materials: epoxies, silicones, methacrylates, urethanes, acrylics, and other 2-component (2k) compounds. The luer slip outlet allows precise application using a needle tip. At 91mm (3.57") long, this mixer reduces waste versus traditional helical mixers while delivering effective performance.
