Adhesive Accessories of America’s C06X24L is a high quality, low cost substitute to the Medmix/Sulzer MCH 06-24L and Nordson 7700837 (TAH 160-624) static mix nozzle. This static mixer has a bell, or C-series connector to attach to standard, C-series cartridges and meter mix dispense machines. With 24 mix element sections, it’s designed to provide a thorough mix.
This static mix tip is compatible with 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 mix ratios, as well as various materials and viscosities. Epoxies, silicones, methacrylates, urethanes, acrylics, and other two component (2k) materials work in this mixer. The luer slip dispense tip allows the user to add dispense needles for a finer bead and more precise dispensing. At 7.28in (185mm) in length, this substitute is economical and reliable.
