Adhesive Accessories of America’s C06X24T is a high quality, low cost substitute to the Medmix/Sulzer MCH 06-24T and Nordson 7700837 (TAH 160-624) static mix nozzle. This static mixer has a bell, or C-series connector to attach to standard, C-series cartridges and meter mix dispense machines. With 24 mix element sections, it’s designed to provide a thorough mix.
This static mix tip is compatible with 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 mix ratios, as well as various materials and viscosities. Epoxies, silicones, methacrylates, urethanes, acrylics, and other 2K materials work in this mixer. The stepped dispense tip allows the user to cut the tip to the desired bead size.
