20mm ID x 32 Element Disposable Static Mix Nozzle - 1" Bell Connector - 1/2" MNPT

Adhesive Accessories of America’s C20X32H is a high quality, low cost substitute to the Nordson 7701063 (TAH 162A-632) static mix nozzle. This static mixer has a 1” bell connector for meter-mix dispense machines with a matching manifold. With 32 mix element sections and a very large inner diameter, it ensures thorough mixing of high-viscosity materials. The ultra-durable nylon housing, reinforced with a steel crimp joining the two halves, adds strength over polypropylene.

This static mix tip is compatible with 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 mix ratios and materials such as epoxies, silicones, methacrylates, urethanes, acrylics, and other 2K compounds. The ½” MNPT tip allows adding accessories or cutting to a ½” ID for maximum flow. At 622 mm (24.5") in length, it’s an economical, reliable long mixer.
